Christine Vann is Vice President of Finance at McKnight Realty Partners. Christine is responsible for financial reporting and budgeting of over 35 real estate entities generating monthly financial statements, fluctuation analysis and global cash flow of all companies. Christine also coordinates all quarterly reporting to McKnight’s outside investors. She is responsible for the financing needs of the company and also oversees real estate tax assessment appeals and negotiates all property, general liability and health insurance policies. Christine also provides oversight for all federal, state and local tax filings.

Prior to joining McKnight Realty Partners in 2016, Christine was Tax Senior Director of BDO USA, LLP (formerly Alpern Rosenthal). There, she was co-Director of BDO’s Real Estate Services Group and provided tax compliance and consulting services to her clients for over 24 years.

Christine received her BS in Accounting from Duquesne University and her Masters in Taxation from Robert Morris University. She is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. She serves as Treasurer on the board of NAIOP, Pittsburgh.
