ANDREW RAYNOVICH

Andrew Raynovich is Vice President and General Counsel of McKnight Realty Partners, LLC.

Mr. Raynovich has been providing legal representation to real estate owners, management companies and developers for more than thirty years. Prior to joining McKnight Realty Partners in 2006, he was General Counsel and Real Estate Broker of Record for Allegheny Center Associates, the owner of a several million square foot mixed use development on the City of Pittsburgh’s north shore. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Raynovich was Secretary, General Counsel and Broker of Record for The First City Company, a real estate development, management and leasing company controlling several million square feet of retail space in the Mid-Atlantic region. He began his career at the Pittsburgh law firm of Hollinshead & Mendelson, where his practice focused primarily on litigation and real estate transactions.

Mr. Raynovich received a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. Mr. Raynovich is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, is licensed as a Real Estate Broker by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a past elected council member of Bell Acres Borough, Pennsylvania.
