Final plans are in the works for a new condominium building in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh.

Millcraft Investments and McKnight Realty Partners are teaming up to build nine stories of condos on top of the new parking garage at 350 Oliver Ave., the former site of a Saks Fifth Avenue department store.

The condos are a replacement for an earlier plan that would have seen apartments and a hotel built on the site.

The new development is expected to be complete by late 2018.
