Izzy Rudolph is President of Development and Acquisitions for McKnight Realty Partners, LLC. Mr. Rudolph is responsible for the company’s national development activities including commercial and retail development, property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate investment management, and sourcing new business opportunities. Since joining McKnight in 2011, Mr. Rudolph worked on projects in excess of 2 million square feet, including his management of and participation in converting and repositioning the Henry W. Oliver Building into a 220 room Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel and near fully occupied office tower. Additionally, he maintains McKnight’s relationships with tenants, construction professionals, commercial brokers, and joint venture partners.
Mr. Rudolph serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), and The Senator John Heinz History Center. Prior to joining McKnight, Mr. Rudolph studied at the Rabbinical College of America.
